It is a very big step to want to leave you comfort zone and relocating to a new country to get an education. Issues such as language barrier, weather change, culture differences and more are always things given very serious consideration.
Moving from an English speaking country to another country that speaks the same language will definielty ease settling down. When you move to a non-English speaking country, then the language becomes a barrier. Before you can get to settle down to study, if the courses are not taught in English, you will have to take language courses to help understand the curriculum.
